Laterday Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and [Company] ("we") for the Laterday app and service. By using Laterday, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

The service

Laterday stores the links, text and screenshots you save. It processes them with AI to create summaries, topics, tasks and search. AI output can be incomplete or wrong, so check anything important yourself. Laterday is not professional (legal, medical, financial) advice.

Your account

You sign in with Apple. Keep your Apple ID secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country if it is higher.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you save. You give us a limited license to store, process and display it, including sending it to our AI providers, only to provide the service to you. Do not save content that you have no right to save, or that is illegal.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service. For example, do not try to access other users' data, overload or reverse-engineer the service, get around plan limits, or use Laterday for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Plans and subscriptions

The Free plan has a monthly item limit. Laterday Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly, and the yearly plan may include a free trial), sold through the App Store. Apple processes payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds under its terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before it renews. Deleting your Laterday account does not cancel your subscription.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Your data. We may end or change the service. If we shut it down, we will give you reasonable notice so you can export your data.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not affect any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. This does not remove mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
